A line-border Pashmina shawl in undyed Pashmina — Bazm-e-Naginah takes its name from the Persian image of "an assembly of gems," a wide sozni border worked in turquoise, coral, and emerald arrayed like jewels along the edge of an oatmeal ground.

The fibre is pure Pashmina from the Changthangi goat of Ladakh, handwoven in Srinagar on a traditional Kashmiri loom. A multicolour sozni line border runs along all four edges in a fine geometric lattice pattern, threaded with turquoise, coral red, olive green, and saffron. Almond paisley (kunj-buta) motifs in matching tones anchor the inner corners.

A jewel-toned heirloom piece — festive, bridal, made for occasion and gift. Made in Kashmir from pure Ladakhi Pashmina.
