Description

A woven Pashmina stole in a dark, shifting palette that moves from navy-black through oxblood and warm brown, with pale sand breaking through the surface. The pattern is built on the loom from yarn dyed before weaving, an ikat method that sets the colour deep into the cloth.

The ikat gives every motif a soft, feathered edge, so the design blurs where warp and weft cross. Bands of hazed diamond lattice alternate with zones of broken diagonal streaking across the full field.

The colour never settles into one flat ground, deep and smoky throughout, with the sand lights lifting the darker tones. Handwoven from Ladakhi Pashmina, it keeps a fine, light and supple handle, finished with a self-fringe along the ends.
