Description

The colour is Olive. A muted, dusty green that sits between khaki and sage. It is the colour of winter leaves before they fall. The fibre is pure Pashmina from the Changthangi goat of Ladakh, handwoven in Srinagar on a traditional Kashmiri loom. The weave is a tight twill with a herringbone face; the diagonal ribs are visible only when you look closely, and they give the surface a subtle grain that shifts in light.

It is thick. Warm like the blankets but cut to wrap. The weight settles across the shoulders and does not slide. The fringe is a lighter tone, natural cream, against the olive ground, and it is self-finished from the loom. No add-ons. The edges carry a slight fuzz, the natural bloom of handspun fibre that has not been sheared down by machines.

This is a stole for days when you need warmth without brightness. The olive goes into the background and lets the weave speak. You can wear it with black, with cream, with navy. It does not try to match. It absorbs.
