Crafted from 100% pure Ladakhi Pashmina fibre, sourced from the Changthangi goat on the high-altitude plateaus of Ladakh, this shawl is the result of a full year of devoted Sozni hand embroidery by the master craftsmen of Srinagar. The pale lime green base, soft, luminous, and utterly singular, is the colour of the first tender leaf of spring, a green so fresh and alive it seems to emit its own light. Against it, the world blooms without restraint.

This is an all-over Sozni Jamawar composition of breathtaking scale and ambition. Grand sweeping paisley forms arc across the entire surface, each one alive with intricate floral and botanical fill work full-bloomed roses, curling vines, scattered blossoms, and layered leaf compositions rendered thread by thread in the finest Sozani needlework, the pale green ground breathing through every delicate gap. The palette holds nothing back: hot pink, teal blue, lavender purple, amber orange, coral, sage green, and soft blue, every colour of the spring garden, present all at once, every one exactly where it belongs. Natural cream fringe at the ends completes the piece with the quiet honesty of unadorned Pashmina.
