Fine work in a cool key. A natural undyed ground carries a trailing vine across the whole body, small flowers and paisley buds hand-embroidered in black and touched with teal-blue, the line thin enough that the taupe keeps showing through.

Every stem is set by needle in fine Sozni, an all-over jaal that winds edge to edge and settles into a defined floral border at the fall. A light hand like this leaves each stitch exposed, so the evenness across a whole shawl is the measure of the work. The black outline with its quiet teal fill keeps the piece cool and composed rather than bright.
