Zeytoon-e-Mey is made from just these colours—warm olive and deep wine. These two shades have appeared together in nature long before anyone thought to weave them. Now, they come together in a Pashmina stole with real depth and character.

This check-and-stripe Pashmina stole is handcrafted in Srinagar, the historic center of Kashmiri weaving. It is made from the finest Ladakhi Pashmina fiber. The fiber is hand-combed from the soft undercoat of the Changthangi goat. This goat lives through long winters on the Changthang plateau in Ladakh. The landscape there is known for its simple, striking beauty. This stole reflects that beauty. The base of the stole is a warm, muted olive khaki. It sits perfectly between green and brown, like land that has seen many seasons and become more beautiful over time. Large ikat oval blocks in deep wine burgundy and cool silver grey move across the fabric in a relaxed, steady rhythm. Each block has the soft, feathered edges that true ikat weaving creates. The pattern feels like it grows naturally from the fabric. At the hem, the ovals blend into a fine, tightly woven stripe border in burgundy, muted purple, grey, and olive. This uses the same colours in a new way, bringing the design to a gentle, thoughtful finish.
