An exclusive piece, this Pashmina shawl glows in a shot of magenta and blue, where the two tones cross in the weave to give a deep, iridescent ground. Across the whole field runs a fine all-over Sozni jaal of paisley and flowers in soft blue, gold and ivory.

Handwoven from pure Ladakhi Pashmina and hand-embroidered in dense Sozni needlework, the embroidery covers the cloth corner to corner, closed at each end by bold woven stripe borders in blue and purple. The work across an all-over field like this takes many months at the needle.

A jewel-toned all-over shawl is a true statement and a collector's piece, rich enough for weddings and occasion yet striking over simple black or white. A rare, heirloom-grade piece, made with patience very few hands still hold.
