Description

One face of this stole is woven with zari, so the surface carries a metallic sheen that brightens and dulls as the cloth moves. It reads as worked metal rather than a flat finish.

The other face is plain, a single solid colour that sits under the zari and reappears as a narrow border along the edge where the two faces meet. Both sides are finished, so either can be worn outward.

The weave stays light despite the metallic thread, with a smooth fall and a short fringe at both ends. Zari side out for weddings, receptions and evening dress; plain side out for everyday.
