Description

A woven Pashmina stole in a warm apricot, worked on the loom from yarn-dyed threads so the colour is set within the cloth. Orange and pale threads cross in a very fine grid, blending into a soft melange that reads as one warm tone across the field.

The ground stays quiet and even, its faint two-tone weave giving depth without any strong pattern. Each end closes with a natural taupe panel that cools the warm apricot at the edge.

Woven rather than embroidered, the cloth is light and fluid in the hand. It is made from Ladakhi Pashmina, fine and even in grain, and closes with a self-fringe at each end.
